TOTAL INTERNAL REFLECTION AND EVANESCENT WAVE

In this paper,the phenomenon of total internal reflection of light and its energy flax distribution are discussed. Evamescent wave,which comes from total internal reflection is also analyzed both theoratically and experimentally. Especially,in frustrated total reflection,the intensity of transmission light or reflected light depends strongly on the thickness and the index of refraltion of the optically thinner medium. So the changes of the thickness and the index of refraltion of the medium can be reflected by the intensity distribution of the image. The detailed ideas of the test and measurement of opticad system and the transform between phase and amplitude are given out.
