摘    要:研究了一种TiNiAl合金的微观组织结构.用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察合金铸态以及退火态的组织,有明显的晶粒细化现象以及细小的析出物出现.用透射显微镜观察合金锻态的微观组织,发现了典型的马氏体条状组织,以及析出的长椭圆棒状沉淀物.此外,还发现了明显的晶体分界面.

Abstract:This paper presents a study of the microstructure of a TiNiAl alloy. Metalloscope and scanning electron microscope are used to observe the surface microstructure of as-cast and as-anneal alloy. Grain refinement turn out in the alloy and a few minor precipitates also appear after annealing. The inner microstructure of as-forge alloy is studied with transmission electron microscope. Some typical martensite plates are found in it. The precipitate appears to he a long-elliptical-bar. A crystal boundary plane is also found in the test.
