| 摘 要： | 职业性是高职教育培养目标定位的基本内涵。针对高职教育实践教学中存在着的重理论、轻实践倾向以及“双师型”教师缺乏等问题,从微观方面探讨高职院校课程设置、实践基地建设、师资队伍建设等方面的改革是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is positioned to be vocation-oriented, yet weak field practice and
insufficient teachers with practical technical competence is the reality for many vocational colleges. The author
probed into the establishment of training base and hands-on courses and development of qualified teacher-train-
ers in this field. |
