| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则集中反映了商品关系的本质和规律，同时又克服了法律本身的局限性，与市场经济体系的建构与发展密不可分。我国社会主义市场经济既是市场经济的一种形式，同样反映了市场经济的一般规定性，更加之我国市场经济自身的特点，决定了在我国适用诚实信用原则是必然的选择。

| Abstract: | The faithfulness principle embodies the essence and laws of commodity relations. And at the same time it overcomes the limitations of the law itself. Therefore,it is indispensable to the construction and development of the market economy,reflects the general characteristics of market economy ,and it also possesses u-nique attributes. Thereby,it is of mecessity that the faithfulness principle apply to China's market economy. |
