| 摘 要： | 城市规划的审批是一件难于量化的工作，它受政治经济等多方面因素影响，是城市规划领域关注的一大焦点．本文尝试将CBR技术用于城市规划辅助审批，让政府的审批依据达到历史与现实的统一．实现CBR的一个关键是相似度的设计，本文结合城市规划辅助审批领域的特点，设计了可行的方案，并应用于实际的办公系统中．

| Abstract: | Urban planning examination is hard to be quantitated. It is influenced by many political and economic factors. Therefore, it is the focus of the urban planning. We attempt to apply CBR technology to the examination and approval to make the current gist of examination in accordance with the history. The design of similarity is the key to implement CBR. In this paper, we designed a feasible scheme taking into account the characteristic of urban planning examination and approval. The scheme has been applied in an office system. |
