| 摘 要： | 采用睾酮(T)、促黄体素(LH)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)对10只热应激公兔进行了恢复生殖机能试验,结果在短期内恢复了热应激公兔的生殖机能,且效果显著(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | 10 heat street buck were treatment by testiculin (T), humun chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG), luteinizing hormone (LH) , and pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMSG) ; and 10 buck were control group. Result of the test, 1 group, musculature injection T every day 5 mg, continous for one week, at the same time of treat 1,3,7 day injection HCG 20 IU, 5 day PMSG 20IU respectively; during 7 day 80% recover normal functional, with 10 day 100% restoration. On 2 group, T injection time, method and volume from above 1 group, same as 1 group 1, 3, 5, and 7 day injection LH 20 IU distinguish. Result of the experimnt, just the same 1 group. But control group, sexual reflex and sexual behavoir little less than before, few (2 buck) continous decline. The study demonstrate, low T + high gonadotrophin hormone treatment may functional restoration of reproduction of heat street buck. |
