摘    要:文中对不同混肥装置进行分析比较 ,据此利用调速电机、隔膜泵、传感器、微机等构成一能够实现施肥与灌溉同步进行的施肥灌溉系统 ,并设计了有关实时监控程序 研制中 ,解决了肥液及酸液倒流 ,调节过程过长 ,灌溉液的浓度与 pH值的调节互相耦合 ,输入信号受干扰较大等问题 实际运行表明该系统能实时调控灌溉液的肥料浓度、pH值 ,其控制精度可达0 .5% ,并能完成报警、应急性自动停机、故障源判断等功能 ,使用方便可靠 ,自动化程度高 该系统除用于施肥灌溉外 ,还可用于喷施农药 ,并在化工、制药等领域具有一定的应用价值

Abstract:The paper analyzes different fertilizer mixers, and develops a fertilizing and irrigating system which is composed of bellows pumps , speed regulating motors , an EC sensor,a pH sensor and a microcomputer. Further more, a real time control program is designed. Several problems, such as fertile liquid and acid liquid flowing reversely , adjustment procedure being too long , the conjunction between fertile concentration adjustment and pH adjustment , signal input being interfered, are resolved. The system can adjust real timely fertilizer concentration and pH of the irrigation fluid,and its control precision can reach 0.5% or even higher. It possesses such functions as alarm, emergency closing, judgement of trouble source. It is highly automatic, and is convenient in operation. The system can also be used in pesticide spray, and is equally applicable in chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
