| 摘 要： | 从“资源论”的角度对企业核心竞争力进行了分析，阐述了影响企业核心竞争力的主要因素及我国农业企业核心竞争力乏力的原因，提出了提升农业企业核心竞争力的主要对策，主要有通过实行公司加农户形式，赢得资源，获得政府支持以及加快信息化建设等途径．
