摘    要:以P2O5,Ca(NO3)2·4H2O为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,通过调节pH值控制凝胶的形成,利用溶胶-凝胶/水热法制备纳米羟基磷灰石(HAP).通过XRD、FTIR、SEM等检测手段,对凝胶燃烧产物和经水热处理后的粉体相组成、形貌进行分析,并在此基础上分析HAP晶体形成的原因.结果表明:利用溶胶-凝胶经低温燃烧/水热后形成主晶相为纳米级的柱状HAP晶体(100×1800 nm).

Abstract:By using P2O5, Ca(NO3 )2·4 H2O as crude materials, and using absolute alcohol as solvent, the resultant gel precursors was obtained by adjusting pH. Nano-rod crystal powders of hydroxyapatite (HAP) were prepared by sol-gel synthesis and hydrothermal treatment. The phase composition and morphology of the combustion products and the powder by hydrothermal synthesis were investigated by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The mechanism of the phase crystal form was also analyzed. Results showed that the composition of the main crystal phase of the precursor powder prepared by sol-gel/hydrothermal treatment was Nano-rods HAP(100 × 1 800 nm).
