| 摘 要： | 以提高人防工程管理质量、效益、信息化为根本目的，运用地理信息系统、计算机、网络、数据库等技术，对人防工程信息管理系统(CSMIS)及其应用进行了研究，包括系统总体设计、技术结构、工程信息数据的获取与处理、系统功能及开发实例演示等方面。开发实例表明，CSMIS对提高工作效率、发挥工程效益具有重要作用，对城市信息化研究具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | On the intention of improving managing quality? benefit? information in the aspect of civil-defence-engineering, this paper studies the management information system and application, with the technical of geography system? computer? net? data base, and so on, including system collectivity designing? technical structure? obtaining and disposing engineering information data? system function and example demonstration. The model shows that CSMIS will improve the work efficiency and be important effect in pushing the empoldering and application of engineering, and this system will be valuable part in city information study. |
