边远地区中学教师继续教育心态调查

摘    要:通过问卷调查,研究了文山地区中学教师继续教育心态.调查表明,目前教师参加继续教育主要是为了晋升职称,但也有一定的求知欲.相当一部分人对继续教育有负担感,但在学习中比较积极认真.如果培训时无特殊情况,教师能坚持培训.考试是教师焦虑的重要原因,也是教师迫切希望付诸改革的热点问题.

Abstract:Questionaires were used to study Wenshan middle school teachers metality of and attitudes towards continuing education. It was found that most teachers joined in continuing education for the promotion of position, meanwhile, to some extent, they wanted to renew and accumulate their knowledge. A large number of teachers had anxiety to continuing education, but they still study hard. They could persist in cotinuing education if other special things didn' t happen. The teachers' anxiety was mainly caused by the examination, and the teachers pressingly hoped that the form of the examination could be reformed.
