摘    要:该文用偏最小二乘法校正了火焰原子吸收分析中Co253.649nm对Hg253.652nm的吸收线重叠干扰,对合成样中Hg和Co的测定结果令人满足,PLS法是原子吸收谱线重叠干扰的有效校正方法。

Abstract:Abstract :The paper describes a simultaneous determined method of mercury and cobalt by atomic absorption spectrometry and partical least squares regression. The experimental results show that the method is simple and accarate. PLS modell is the possible and the effective method for resolving the spectral interference in atomic absorption spectrometry.
