支座高程误差所引起的顶推梁次内力分析

摘    要:顶推梁在施工过程中,主梁每个截面均经历了跨中及支点的受力状态,支座高程误差是粱体产生二次内力的主要原因,为避免施工过程中支座高程误差引起的临时应力结构的破坏,控制支座高程误差是关键所在.以洞庭湖大桥东引桥顶推梁为例,采用六面体单元建立空间有限元模型,对支座高程误差所引起的最大的局部应力进行了分析.

Abstract:During the construction of incremental launching bridge, each segment of the beam will subject to the stress of mid and end of the span. Bearing settlements was the main cause of the additional stress in the beam. To avoid the damage which caused by the bearing settlements, the control of the bearing settlements was critical. The spatial finite element program was used to closely analyze the local stress of the bearing settlements.
