| Abstract: | Summary The synthesis of a new class of adrenergic -receptor blocking agents based upon ao-allyloxy-phenoxy-propanolamine structure is described. The structure activity relationships were studied, and the structural elements responsible for an optimal pharmacological effect are discussed. |
