| 摘 要： | 新公共管理范式勃兴的重要特色之一就是对绩效评估的关注。从制度化,规范化,法制化的进程中探求我国公共部门绩效评估效能提升的路径,有赖于一整套细致化操作细节,落实渠道,和良性机制的互动和构建,从而为我国绩效评估实践的进一步发展开阔了思路。
