龙葵浓缩汁对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的了解龙葵浓缩汁对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响.方法用3种浓度的龙葵口服液,即高剂量(3 000 mg/kg体质量),中剂量(1 500 mg/kg体质量),低剂量(750 mg/kg体质量)连续灌胃不同组别小鼠,28 d后分别采用Jerne改良玻片法进行小鼠的抗体生成细胞检测试验;MTT法进行小鼠的淋巴细胞转化实验;乳酸脱氢酶测定进行小鼠NK细胞活性测定试验.结果小鼠抗体生成细胞数、NK细胞活性在高剂量组与对照组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),中、低剂量组与对照组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);吞噬率、吞噬指数及淋巴细胞的增殖能力在低、中、高剂量组与对照组间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论高剂量的龙葵浓缩汁能明显增加小鼠的抗体生成细胞数,增强小鼠NK细胞的活性;而龙葵浓缩汁对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能及对ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化的能力无影响.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo understand the effect of Solanum njgrum L. on mice cellular immune function.MethodsTo administrate Solanum njgrum L concentrated juice to three groups mice with three kinds of concentration respectively, consecutive 28 days later, Jerne method was used to detect the number of mice antibody producing cells; semi-vivo and MTT methods were adopted to explore the phagocytosis and lymphocyte conversion.ResultsThere are significantly difference between high concentration group with control in the numbers of antibody producing cell(P<(0.05)) and the activity of NK cells. But three kinds of concentration Solanum njgrum L concentrated juice have no effect on mice phagocytosys and lymphocyte conversion.ConclusionSolanum njgrum L concentrated juice can improve the numbers of antiboby producing cell and activity of NK cell.
