茄尼醇分子印迹聚合物及印迹膜的性能研究

摘    要:以茄尼醇为印迹分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,制备了茄尼醇分子印迹聚合物(MIP)和茄尼醇分子印迹复合膜(MIM).分别研究了它们的吸附和渗透特性,并用于烟叶样品中茄尼醇的分离富集.结果表明,实验制备的MIP的印迹因子可达2.20,其对混合标准溶液中的茄尼醇的吸附率达66.9%,明显高于其它组分,显示出良好的选择性分离富集茄尼醇的性能;所制备的MIM能阻碍印迹分子的渗透,显示出对印迹分子茄尼醇的渗透选择性.

Abstract:A solanesol imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized in chloroform using acrylamide(AM) as the functional monomer,and its binding characterization and selective property for solanesol in the presence of the interfering molecules were investigated,respectively.This MIP exhibited the high imprinting factor as 2.20.Investigation on the sample of tobacco leaf showed that solanesol in sample solution could be selectively separated and enriched by MIP.A solanesol imprinted membrane(MIM) was also prepared,and the selective permeation experiment via the mixed substrates showed that MIM exhibited higher permeation selectivity to solanesol.
