乳酸菌胞外多糖的提取与纯化

摘    要:对乳酸茼胞外多糖的提取纯化进行了较为深入的研究,分别从保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热乳链球菌的牛乳培养物中提取胞外多糖并进行了纯化.为进一步研究乳酸菌胞外多糖奠定了基础。

Abstract:The paper investigates isolation and purification of exopolysaccharides produced by lactic acid bacteria. EPS is extracted from the cultures of Streptococeas thermophihos and Lactobacillus bulagaricus growed in milk medium. The purification of EPS goes then. so that establish a hard foundation for the further study of exopolysaccharide.
