跨海大桥除湿系统研究

摘    要:为维持较低的桥体内部空气相对湿度,保证以钢箱梁为桥体主要结构的跨海大桥安全运行以及延长桥梁寿命,针对海面空气参数和气象条件,建立了钢箱梁结构的传热模型和内部空气的传质模型.结合具体条件,通过计算分析和实验,确定了避免钢箱梁内壁表面结露的下限空气相对湿度和防止外部空气无组织侵入所需的内部空气正压值,以及实现这一正压值所需的除湿通风量。

Abstract:One of the most harmful dangers to the steel box-gird of a huge span suspending bridge is water vapor, especially to the bridges built at sea level. Low humidity is one of the keys to prevent steel box-girds from being corroded. Based on the special air characters and climate of sea level, the heat and mass transfer models were established. According to special conditions, analysis and experimental work were made to get the key parameter of air and low humidity limitation. And the dehumidification volume was also obtained.
