机械搅拌对Al及Al-Cu合金铸锭组织和宏观偏析的影响

摘    要:研究表明,机械搅拌驱使液态金属作圆周运动,提高了凝固前沿的温度梯度,降低了凝固速度,缩短了柱状晶区宽度,扩大了等轴晶区并细化了等轴晶,同时还促使柱状晶发生倾斜,缩短了一次,二次枝晶间距,并形成了特有的宏观偏析,这种偏析特征与流体流动规律,溶质密度密切相关。

Abstract:The effect of mechanical stirring on ingots of aluminium and aluminium-copper alloys was studied. The studies deal with the width of the columnar zone and the changes of the primary and secondary dendrite arms space. Deflection of the columnar crystals was also studied.The velocity field of mechanical stirring was calculated and the effects of some factors on the structure and the macrosegregation of ingots were analyzed.
