| 摘 要： | 水环境问题是世界性的环境问题．根据新场镇水环境现状，对水体污染源做出预测，并提出了水环境综合整治方案和一系列保障措施，并根据当地实际情况提出综合整治措施，使区域人口、资源、环境、经济、社会这一系统中诸要素更加和谐合理，总效益达到最佳，对小城镇水环境保护具有重要意义．

| Abstract: | Water environment pollution is a serious problem in nowadays. Basing on the present situation of the water pollution in Xingchang Town, this paper did some research to decide what is the resource causing the pollution, and designed a comprehensive treatment project to control such pollution. The research results are very meaningful for water environment protection in other small towns. |
