煤矿主通风机变频驱动改造的实现

摘    要:在淮北海孜煤矿中央风井通风系统原设计和主设备设置的基础上,完成了主通风机的变频调速驱动技术改造.新方案可实现新老系统间的切换,并可在各种工况条件下可靠运行,新系统具有在线检测运行参数和远程监控功能,可确保矿井安全通风.技改后,节能效果显著,一年节电达92万kWh,同时改善了工作环境便于维护.

Abstract:Using the existing power supply system and motor,a high-voltage frequency converter speed control device is developed to realize frequency control and switching work between the new and old system.It working meets various conditions of the mine ventilator operating conditions.The result shows that the system is safe,advanced,in economic,and easy in maintenance.
