| Abstract: | Official document is a kind of formal, normative and authoritative paper. It is a very important tool to deliver and carry out the Chinese Communist Party and national policy, and to issue the administrative regulations and laws. Author of official document should possess the corresponding knowledge and qualifications, and develop these two aspects in balance. Accordingly, they can fully exert their initiative and creativity, and highquality documents could be produced. |
