| Abstract: | The lag of charitable legislation in our country has already restricted further development of the philanthropy, thus country should establish and perfect the legal system as soon as possible, enhance the operability of correlated laws and regulations, handle the relationship between govemment and charitable organizations correctly, and promote the role of philanthropy in the construction of harmonious society. |
