摘    要:研究了离子色谱法测定烤烟叶片中阴离子的方法.色谱条件:淋洗液为0.003mol/LNa2CO3和0.006mol/LNaHCO3混合液,淋洗液流速1.0ml/min.结果表明方法可同时精确测定6种阴离子,相对标准偏差RSD0.58%-2.41%,样品加标回收率在93%-110%之间.用该方法研究了烤烟叶片中的阴离子含量,结果令人满意.

Abstract:A ion chromatography method for the determination of flue-cured tobacco leaf anions was studied. The separation of the anions was achieved in an 0.003 mol/L Na2CO3-0.006 mol/LNaHCO3 and a flow rate 1.0ml/min as gradient eluant. The method is simple and useful and has good linearity with correlation coefficients and determination 6 kinds anions at the same time. The recoveries of flue-cured tobacco leaves anions are 93%- 110%, and relative standard deviations are 0.58%-2.41%. This method was applied to determine anions in fluecured tobacco leaves during the course of developing phase with satisfactory result.
