摘    要:疲劳问题普通存在,疲劳事故不断发生,工程上急需对疲劳谱载实时动态测量。在多次试验和分析的基础上,研制了一种可用于现场测试的工程结构材料疲劳载荷谱实时测定系统。对被测构件进行非破坏性测量,得到大量荷载数据,用开发的软件进行波形和频谱分析,用概率统计的方法研究疲劳损伤问题。该系统以8031 单片机为中心控制和处理部件,直接检测电阻应变片所传感的构件受载情况,可用于现场结构材料的疲劳测试,也可用于对结构部件的关键部位进行长期连续监测,防止疲劳断裂事故的发生

Abstract:In the engineering the fatigue spectrum load, which is measured in real time and dynamically, is very indispensable. Therefore, we studyed principle for fatigue damage. Based on the many times tests and analyses, a real time system about spot testing fatigue load spectrum of engineering structure materials was studied and developed. The fatigue damage was studied with the help of probabilistic and statistical method. A single chip microcontroller direct tests strain resistance sensing load of structure parts. It can be utilized in both spot fatigue testing of structure materials and frequently continuous monitoring of key parts of structure parts to prevent them from fatigue cracking.
