数字化控制的埋弧自动焊装备研究

摘    要:应用数字化控制技术、模糊控制方法、功率调节技术等有机地结合,进行了数字化控制的埋弧自动焊装备研究。在深入分析埋弧焊工艺要求的基础上,引入电流双闭环控制以及限制最小脉宽的方法,研究了一种恒流带外拖的埋弧焊电源外特性。设计了基于80C320和80C552单片机双核控制的埋弧自动焊控制器;采用模糊控制算法,将80C320用于电源外特性控制,80C552完成埋弧焊焊接过程的控制;控制器之间通过RS485串行接口交换数据。实验表明,该埋弧自动焊装备具有操作控制简单、运行可靠;焊接过程稳定,起弧成功率高,焊缝熔深大、成形好等优点。

Research on Digital Controlling Equipment of Submerged Arc Automatic Welding
Abstract:By combining digital controlling technology, fuzzy logic control strategy, power modulation technology , a digital controlling equipment for submerged arc automatic welding is researched. Based on analysis of the technology requirements of submerged arc welding, the novel double-closed-loop control mode and least limitation of pulsed width are introduced in which realizes the external characteristic suitable for submerged arc welding with outer-drawing current. Based on micro-control units of 80C320 and 80C552, submerged arc automatic welding controllers are designed. Applied fuzzy logic control strategy, 80C320 is used for external characteristic controlling of the power source, 80C552 is used for controlling of submerged arc automatic welding processes, and exchange data between the two controllers by serial communication of RS485. Experiments show that the merits of the submerged arc automatic welding are conveniences of operation, high credible running, stable welding process, high rate of arc-starting, deep melt depth of welding line, perfect weld appearance.
