轴流泵桨叶水力矩特性的实验与计算

摘    要:本文对轴流泵浆叶水力矩特性进行了模型实验与数值计算研究.介绍了水力矩实验装置及水力矩的两种数值方法:有限元法和积分方程法.结果表明:当轴流泵未产生回流时,水力矩计算值与实测值具有较好的一致性.

Abstract:The hydraulic moment acting around the axes of axial flow pumps is an important parameter in the design of blade-regulating equipment. The properties of the moment can be obtained from model tests and computations, Two numerical methods, finite element method and boundary integral method, are introduced. The itsulfs show that the computational moment is in agreement with the experimental one if back flow does not occur in the pump.
