桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害对桉树缩合单宁含量的影响

摘    要:为了评估桉树枝瘿姬小蜂产卵对桉树缩合单宁含量的影响,对8个桉树主要栽培无性系幼树单株单梢低虫口接种桉树枝瘿姬小蜂,诱导桉树生化反应,测定了接种前后桉树叶片、叶柄、嫩茎缩合单宁的含量。结果表明:桉树叶片缩合单宁含量明显高于叶柄和嫩茎(p<0.01);接种前,感虫无性系与抗虫无性系叶片缩合单宁含量差异显著(p<0.05),或极显著(p<0.01);比较接种前后,叶片缩合单宁含量大幅度升高(p<0.01),叶柄和嫩茎含量变化均不显著;接种后,感虫无性系与抗虫无性系叶片缩合单宁含量差异不显著(p<0.05)。
