| 摘 要： | 数据挖掘是从海量数据中抽取潜在知识的过程,在商业、金融等领域已得到了广泛的应用,而对于国内高校应用这一新兴技术只是刚刚起步。文章阐述了数据挖掘的相关概念,提出了数据挖掘在教育信息化中应用的必要性,并从教学层面概括了数据挖掘在教育中的应用,深入分析了应用数据挖掘技术面临的困难。

| Abstract: | Data Mining （DM）is a process of drawing out potential knowledge from a large amount of data. The technology has been widely used in business and finance abroad and home. However, to the domestic universities or colleges, DM just sprouts as a new technology. The thesis illustrates the following aspects about DM. Firstly, the thesis explains the definition of DM and some other concepts related to DM. Secondly, the thesis also proposes the necessity of applying DM to advanced education. Thirdly, it summarizes the present applications of DM in education. What＇s more, the difficulties people are faced with when the DM is used are analyzed in the thesis as well. |
