| Abstract: | In this paper,the functional frame of the automated planning system of detecting process in CIMS is brifely introduced and main contents of functional modules are also introduced.The funcational frame of this system is reasonable.It can accomplish automatically detecting process planning and optimization.The system has good maintainability,expansibility and trasportability. |
