基于金融创新视角的中小企业融资途径扩展研究

经济增长方式的转型是当前中国经济的必由之路，但我国的中小企业在转型之路上普遍面临缺乏有效融资途径的问题，无论是在直接融资还是在间接融资方式上均出现了市场失灵，根据中国目前金融领域的状况和特点，应通过金融创新的方式，利用中小企业集合债券、产业链集群融资、公司金融中介化等新型融资形式，使更多的中小企业的融资需求能够得到有效满足。

Financing Approach of Small -and Medium -sized Enterprises from a Perspective of Financial Innovation

The transformation of economic growth mode is the only road to China economy. But the problem of lacking effective financing ways, directly or indirectly, is prevalent in small -and medium -sized enterprises in China. It was proposed that, according to China＇s present financial situations and characteristics, some financial innovation mode be applied, like to set small - and medium -enterprises bonds, to combine industry chains, to make use of financial intermediaries, etc to raise capitals to meet the financial needs of small - and medium - sized enterprises effectively.
