国民政府对西北金融市场的开发与建设

近代中国在西方金融市场的影响下，开始由传统的兑换业向现代银行业发展，到国民政府成直后，形成了以“四行二局”为中心的金融体系，以“法币”为中心的流通货币，逐步完善了中国现代化的金融市场。最初由建立地上海扩大至东南沿海城市，最后到西北内地，特别是抗战全面爆发和沿海工业内迁，西北金融市场迎来了新的春天，得到了进一步的开发与建设，其发展凸显了西北地区特有的性质，对西北地区的经济发展起到了重要的作用。

The Development and Construction of Northwestern Financial Market by the Kuomintang Government

Modern Chinese, under the influence of western financial markets, began to develop from the traditional exchange industry to modern banking. After the foundation of national government, the financial system centered by ＂four banks assisted by two offices＂ , and circulation currency cored with the legal money, were formed. They gradually improved the modern Chinese financial market. The northwest financial market, at first from Shanghai, the foundation place, extending to the southeast coastal cities, finally reaching to northwest area, especially when the war broke out and the coastal industries moved inwards, saw a new spring and a further development and construetion. And the progress of it highlighted the special quality of the northwestern area, which played an essential role in the northwestern economy.
