重庆城乡居民收入差距与第三产业发展的实证研究

以重庆市1990—2010年的城乡居民人均收入、第三产业GDP及固定资产投资等数据为样本,考察第三产业发展对重庆市城乡居民收入差距的影响。实证研究表明:第三产业发展、固定资产投资与城乡收入差距这3个变量之间存在长期均衡的协整关系,且第三产业发展、全社会固定资产投资是城乡收入差距的单向Granger因,第三产业的发展和固定资产投资力度的加大有利于缩小城乡收入差距。

The Empirical Study of Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents and Tertiary Industry Development in Chongqing

In recent years,the urban-rural income gap in Chongqing is becoming increasingly apparent,having brought a series of negative effects to the socio-economic development.This paper adopts the 1990-2010 per capita income of urban and rural residents,GDP of tertiary industry and fixed asset investment data in Chongqing,to examine the impact of tertiary industry development on urban-rural income gap in Chongqing.The empirical results show that: the three variables—urban-rural income gap,tertiary industry development and fixed asset investment are in a long-run equilibrium cointegration relationship,and tertiary industry development,total fixed asset investment in urban-rural income gap are due to one-way Granger.Chongqing’s tertiary industry development expansion and increasing fixed assets investment will help to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.
