| 摘 要： | 以产学研结合为基础的产业技术创新战略联盟是促进技术创新体系建设的重要举措,现有研究对其特性和产出绩效的不同主体效用关注不足,尚未构建基于效用的联盟绩效评价体系。在对这些研究进行梳理和归纳的基础上,从研究方向、研究重点和研究方法等方面提出基于产学研的技术创新战略联盟运行机制问题的研究新思路。

| Abstract: | Industrial technical innovation strategy alliance based on Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration is an important measure to promote the construction of the technical innovation system.At present,the relevant research on its unique characteristic and output performance of different body’s subject utility is slightly insufficient.These researches available have not built an alliance performance evaluation index system based on the utility.On the basis of these available studies,we put forward some new ideas about the technical innovation strategy alliance operation mechanism based on Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration from the research direction,research focus and research methods,etc. |
