| 摘 要： | 反垄断的规制方法在不同历史时期有所不同。结构主义规制方法曾经是美国最主流的规制方法,但随着反垄断实践的发展,行为主义的规制方法最终取代了结构主义规制方法。两种规制方法在干预理念、经济效率、规制目标、对市场结构的认识等方面存在根本的差别,这是反垄断经济学理论演进的反映,同时也是反垄断经济学与法学相互作用的结果。

| Abstract: | Antitrust regulation evolves in different historical periods.The regulation of behaviorism eventually replaces structuralism regulation.There are fundamental differences between two methods of regulation,for example,the understanding of the intervention philosophy,economic efficiency,regulatory goal,market structure,and so on.These not only reflect the evolution of antitrust economic theory,but also are the results of the interaction between anti-monopoly economics and law. |
