| 摘 要： | 采用青少年身体自我量表(APS)与大学生职业决策自我效能量表(CDMSE-R)对292名应届毕业生进行问卷调查,探究应届大学毕业生身体自我与择业效能感间的关系。结果表明:应届大学毕业生身体自我与择业效能感之间存在显著正相关且身体自我能够显著预测择业效能感,应届大学生身体自我对择业效能感的预测存在性别差异。为此,高校在开展就业指导工作时,可针对男女大学生的不同特点来提高大学生的身体自我水平,促进大学生就业。

| Abstract: | To explore the relationship between physical self and occupational choice self-efficacy of graduating students,a total of 292 graduating students were tested by APS and CDMSE-R.The results show that physical self has significant association with occupational choice self-efficacy of graduating students and the score of physical self can predict the score of occupational choice self-efficacy significantly;But the predictors of the occupational choice self-efficacy had gender difference.Therefore,the conclusion is that the higher score of physical self is,the higher the level of occupational choice self-efficacy will be. |
