| 摘 要： | 重庆两江新区是国家西部大开发战略下辐射西部区域经济发展的重大战略举措,新区的发展需要重庆高等教育从人力资源和科学技术等方面提供更高层次的支撑,也为重庆高等教育的改革提供了动力和契机。在分析两江新区产业规划和重庆高等教育现状基础上,通过构建重庆高等教育与两江新区产学研协作体系,研究如何进一步发挥重庆高等教育在两江新区开发开放中的重要的人才支持和科研引领作用。

| Abstract: | Chongqing Liangjiang New Area is a great step of Chinese government’s west development in regional economy part.The New Area needs more support of HR and science from Chongqing higher education,which brings about the power and chance of reformation of Chongqing’s higher education.This paper will analyze the programming and current situations of Liangjiang New Area,build a collaboration named Produce-Learn-Research(PLR) between Liangjiang New Area and Chongqing higher education,and based on that,seek the best way of using the higher education resources as HR and science to support the Liangjiang New Area. |
