| 摘 要： | 通过空间基尼系数、行业集中度和区位熵对我国西部12个省份20个制造行业的产业集聚度进行了测评。测评结果表明:西部地区产业集聚的总体水平较低;12个省份之间产业集聚水平差距较大;西部地区基本局限于劳动密集型、资源密集型和由历史因素重点投入的行业,不过部分技术密集型行业在西部地区正在兴起。为此提出积极创造良好的投资环境等促进西部地区产业集聚发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper measures the agglomeration degree of twenty manufacturing industries from 2001-2008 in western twelve provinces by means of the space gini coefficient index,concentration ration of industry index,and location quotient index.The conclusion indicates that as a whole the agglomeration degree of western manufacturing industry is low.The industries with higher agglomeration degree are limited to the following categories: labor intensive industry,resources intensive industry and prioritized industry because of history factors.Some technology intensive industries are on the upsurge;the gap of the agglomeration degree of western twelve provinces is large.Lastly,the paper puts forward some suggestions about how to develop western industrial agglomeration. |
