| 摘 要： | 加快发展应急产业对于推进产业结构升级、转变经济发展方式、构建和谐社会有重要意义。我国应急产业产业地位初步确立。未来应高度重视应急产业发展,夯实基础,提升创新能力,推动集群发展,打造高效产业链,壮大优势企业。建议整合政府资源,加大对应急产业的资助力度,进一步拓宽融资渠道,营造良好市场环境,培养应急人才队伍,完善法律法规,改革相关体制机制。

| Abstract: | Stepping up the development of emergency industry is of great significance to upgrade industrial structure,transform modes of economic development,and construct harmonious society.The status of emergency industry development has been initially established.In the future,our country should highly pay attention to the development of emergency industry,strengthening fundamental abilities,enhancing creative abilities,promoting development of group industry,forming effective industrial links,and expanding advantageous industries.We,therefore,suggest that we should integrate government resources,strengthen the investment in emergency industries,expand financing ways,create healthy market environment,cultivate talents of emergency industries,complete laws and rules,and reform related systems. |
