摘    要:研究了金属玻璃Fe_(75)Mo_3Si_5B_(17)由室温至500℃范围内的微蠕变和内耗.发现在结构弛豫过程中在较低温度的微蠕变回复能达到零,反映滞弹性性质;在较高温度则不能达到零,反映粘弹性性质.微蠕变的平均激活能为1.73eV.整个内耗曲线随频率增加向高温移动,具有弛豫型特征,激活能有一较宽分布.讨论了微蠕变和内耗的微观机制.

Abstract:The micro-creep and internal friction in metallic glasses Fe75Mo3Si5BI7 from room temperature up to 500 C were investigated with a torsionl micro-creep apparatus and a torsion pendulum. It was found that during structural relaxation process the micro-creep recovery at lower temperatures can reach zero,showing anelasticity while at higher temperatures can not reach zero, showing viscoelasticity. The average activation energy for the micro-creep is 1.73eV. The whole internal friction curve is shifted to higher temperature with the increase of frequency and exl ibits a characteristic of relaxation type. The activation energies have a wide distribution. A model of shear transformation in localized structural units (small clusters of atoms) is used to explain mechanism of the micro-creep and internal friction.
