| Abstract: | Based on the requirements of national characteristic specialty construction point,and connecting with the features of water conservancy and hydropower project,this paper probes into the planning and construction of characteristic specialties and the cultivation of research-application-oriented talents in water conservancy and hydropower project of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power from aspects of the market positioning,cultivation targets,teaching plans,curriculum,and the construction of teaching materials and courseware,etc. |
