| 摘 要： | 为研究亚低温对急性重型颅脑损伤病人的治疗作用及临床效果，将48例重型颅脑损伤病人，随机分为亚低温治疗组和对照组。亚低温治疗组22例，均于伤后24小时内行亚低温治疗，对照组26例，应用脱水、激素、止血、抗感染及预防上消化道出血等药物治疗。结果两组疗效有显著性差异，提示亚低温疗法具有肯定的脑保护作用，是安全有效的重型颅脑损伤的治疗方法，可降低死亡率，无严重并发症。

| Abstract: | To investigate the clinical effect of applying Mild hypothermia to severe head injure(SHI)patients,A total of 48 cases with severe head injure(SHI)were divided into 2 group at random.22 cases were treated with Mild hypothermia within 24 hours.In the contrast group 26 cases were treated with dehydration,hormone,stanch bleeding,anti-infection and some drugs to prevent upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Mild hypothermia and hibernation therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of severe head injure(SHI).Without serious complication,Mild hypothermia own a positive protection for brain.When it was applied into the clinical cure,it can exactly reduce the mortality rate. |
