大力发展信息服务业 加速西部大开发进程

Vigorously Developing Information Service Industry and Speeding up the Western Development

This paper analyses that the information service industry can promote the development of the western region.In order to speed up the development process, information service industry in western area should be strengthened and developed with focuses and strategies.For example,information service system should be built and improved to meet the need of the western development;the information resources should be developed and utilized,and software industry should be guided and strengthened;the information fundamental facilities should be focused on;the E-business project should be developed and popularized;the logistic informationalization process should be speeded up;and the long-distance service project should also be promoted and developed,etc.
