| 摘 要： | 社会发展对律师的法律服务提出了更高的要求，建立健全规范律师法律服务的监督机制，不仅有利于促进律师自觉履行义务和整个律师业的发展，而且也会有力地保障律师的基本权益。本文就律师词信机制、律师评价机制和社会监督机制的建立和对律师权益的保障提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Social development proposes higher requirement for lawyers' law services.Setting up the amplified and stadardized lawyer supervision system of law service will not only promote the development of lawyer service and stimulate lawyers to fulfill the obligations consciously,but also effectively ensure lawyers' basic rights and interests.This article puts forward suggestions on the foundation of the sincere system,evaluation system and social supervision system,and the guarantee of the lawyers' rights and interests. |
