负载敏感变量泵中负载敏感阀的设计与分析

摘    要:对电液比例变量泵负载敏感控制系统中的负载敏感阀提出了新的设计方案,并对负载敏感阀进行了结构设计、参数计算和性能分析,应用MATLAB以及MATLAB下的Sireulink对系统进行了仿真.理论分析和仿真研究表明该负载敏感阀的结构设计合理、动态响应快、工作稳定可靠.

Abstract:A new approach to designing of the load-sensitive valve in variable displacement pump with electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensibility was put forward. And the structure of this valve was designed,the parameters calculated and the characteristics analyzed. The system was simulated with MATLAB and MATLAB/Simulink. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation shows that the structure of the valve is reasonable, the dynamic response is quick,and its action is stable and reliable.
