| 摘 要： | 利用视频对象内部的变化具有时间相关性，可以克服在对象边缘处的分块的可供参考的运动矢量很少或者没有所造成的预测困难，提出了一种结合时间和空间相关性来预测起始搜索点的视频运动编码的新算法，达到了较好的预测效果。

| Abstract: | Because the extent of the motion of video object is much larger than that of the motion inside the video object, the correlation of motion vectors of the blocks that are adjacent to each other inside the video object is very high. The changes inside a video object also have high temporal correlation which can overcome the estimation difficulty made by the boundary blocks, lacking of reference motion vectors. A new algorithm for the video motion estimation that uses both spatial and temporal correlation to estimate the original searching points is set up and achieves a good effect. |
