| 摘 要： | 本文对１０００例智齿冠周炎的患者采用三种治疗方法．其中一种单独给予口服灭滴灵，一种给予肌注青霉素．另一种则采用灭滴灵十肌注青霉素治疗．结果显示：三种治疗方法的疗效无显著差异．而灭滴灵有口服方便，安全，副作用少之优点．
