摘    要:针对当前国内外常见的几种废干电池处理技术回收工艺的不足,提出了剪切破碎—真空氯化焙烧—玻璃固化处理干电池新工艺。经对氯化焙烧产物的玻璃固化块做浸出实验,发现剩余废渣对环境的污染大大降低,可以达到国际规定的排放标准。研究结果表明,氯化焙烧 玻璃固化法处理锌锰废电池,具有流程短、耗费低、污染小等诸多优点,可将废旧干电池回收利用,产生一定的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Contraposing to the disadvantages of several disposing processes of waste dry battery at home and abroad,this paper puts forword a new process to dispose of waste dry batteries with vacuum chloridizing roasting.By experimenting on the glass-solidify block of chloridizing-roasting product,the conclusion is drawn that the pollution level of residual waste soild is reduced to attain the national effluent standard.The study shows that the process applied to disposing zinc-manganese waste-battery has the advantages of low cost,brief flow and recycling of the useful substance in the waste-battery.
