| 摘 要： | 在毒品犯罪研究中采用知识社会学视角,前提是对毒品问题复杂性的判断,把毒品(毒品犯罪)视为社会中被建构出来的“知识”,人们对这种知识的认识受到许多因素的影响。研究这些因素,才能全面反思、理解毒品政策的正当性。毒品问题的复杂性判断是摒弃“运动式治理”思维的基础,这种判断在中华民国时期已经形成共识。当时的知识分子曾从法律本位、国家主权维护和国际合作、禁毒的步骤、禁毒中政府经济利益、禁毒中法律权威性和吸毒者矫治等角度广泛讨论毒品问题,前人对毒品犯罪的这种问题意识值得我们重视。

On Drug Crime from the angle of Knowledge Sociology |

| Abstract: | Knowledge sociology has been used in drug crime in foreign countries long ago.It has unique study methods and particular subjects as well.The judgment of the complication of the drug problems is the premise of applying the knowledge sociology to the research by regarding drug as "knowledge" that is constructed in the society.But many factors will influence the people's cognition of this knowledge.So,only by studying these complicated factors carefully can people completely reflect and understand the legitimate of the drug policy. |
